This comes from the very first Insouciant live performance EVER! It was just Adam and his acoustic guitar in a south jersey coffee shop back in 2003. This show was coming off the recent release of the S/T green album. The audio here was pulled from video that Ned took. At the beginning of the track Alan Dodd introduces Adam to the crowd. Since the performance was in an active coffee house, espresso machines/steaming wands are heard in the background.
